‘Secondary’ is the Nigerian TV show you should be watching right now

We love to think back at our much younger years for the nostalgia.

This show is neatly wrapped in nostalgia, packed with secondary school memories.

Secondary

It tells the story of everyday teenagers coursing their way through life and facing their personal struggles.

Joseph moves to St. Mary’s High School after his parents are transferred from Uyo, Akwa Ibom and is immediately thrown into the thick of the drama.

The mostly fresh talent portray interesting characters, like Peace the bully, Amara and Zainab the troubled girls. And that’s just a tip of the iceberg.

Much credit goes to the crew, including Nneka Ezealor-Oladimeji for screenplay, Imoh Umoren directing, and Wole Boje as producer.

The show is currently airing on Fridays at 7pm on OnTV.
